Notify Me is an application and library for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch that allow users and developers send and receive Text Notifications trrough their applications.
User can enable or disable notifications from Notify Me as they do on iOS preferences. Developer will be able to deque notifications from app, or send notifications to every user or a user group, for example, those who are using an old version of the app could be warn of the new release :)
Notify Me for developers can be use for jailbroken apps, libs, tweaks and oficial AppStore apps. But users need to use a Jailbroken iDevice.

- Or just search in Cydia for "Notify Me"
NOTES
You'll need a Jailbroken iDevice with iOS.
If you don't already have a Jailbroken iDevice with iOS, you'll need to run the PwnageTool (Mac) or Blackrain (Windows & Mac).
